உபவாசம் ஏன்? எதற்கு?

எதற்க்காக உபவாசிக்கிறோம்?

1. தேவனுக்கு முன்பாக நம்மை தாழ்த்தும்படி உபவாசிக்கிறோம்
2. தேவகோபம் நம்மை விட்டு நீங்கிட உபவாசிக்கிறோம்
3. உலகம், மாமிசம், பிசாசை வென்றிட உபவாசிக்கிறோம்
4. மரண பள்ளத்தாக்கில் நடக்கும் போது உபவாசிக்கிறோம்

உபவாசிப்பதில் வரும் பலன்கள்

1. தனிப்பட்ட வாழ்வில் வெற்றி
2. குடும்ப வாழ்வில் வெற்றி
3. வியாபாரம், வேலைகளில் வெற்றி
4. ஊழியத்தில், சபையில் வெற்றி
5. வாழ்க்கை ஓட்டத்தில் வெற்றி
6. நித்திய ஜீவனை காத்து கொள்கிறோம்
7. சத்துருவின் மேல் ஜெயம்
8. முழு சரீரத்தின் மேல் ஜெயம்
9. மனிதர் & சுற்றி உள்ள காரியங்கள் மேல் ஜெயம்
10. கண், வாய், செவி, சிந்தை, இருதயம் ஆகியவற்றின் மேல் ஆளுகை

உபவாசித்து ஜெபிக்கவிட்டால்

1. தடைகள் உண்டாகின்றன
2. அவிசுவாசம் பெருகுகிறது
3. துர் இச்சைகள் பெருகுகின்றன
4. இரு மனம் உள்ளவர்களாய் இருக்கின்றோம்
5. நன்மை, தீமை வேறு பார்க்க தடுமாறுகின்றோம்
6. சத்துருவின் போராட்டங்கள் வழியாய் கடந்து செல்கிறோம்
